PRESIDENTS OF PAKISTAN FROM 1947 TO 2022

 Pakistan has had a total of eleven presidents since it gained independence from British rule in 1947. Here is a brief overview of each of these leaders and their contributions to the country:


Muhammad Ali Jinnah (1947-1948):

     Jinnah was the founder of Pakistan and served as its first Governor-General. He played a pivotal role in the creation of the country and is revered as the "Father of the Nation".

Khawaja Nazimuddin (1948-1951):

Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq (1978-1988): 
    
    Zia served as the fifth President of Pakistan and is known for his efforts to Islamize the country and strengthen its military.

Ghulam Ishaq Khan (1988-1993):
     
    Khan served as the sixth President of Pakistan and is known for his efforts to strengthen the country's democratic institutions.

Farooq Leghari (1993-1997): 
    
    Leghari served as the seventh President of Pakistan and is known for his efforts to combat corruption and promote economic development.

Pervez Musharraf (2001-2008): 
    
    Musharraf served as the eighth President of Pakistan and is known for his efforts to combat terrorism and improve relations with India.

Asif Ali Zardari (2008-2013): 
    
    Zardari served as the ninth President of Pakistan and is known for his efforts to improve relations with India and promote economic development. He is also credited with implementing a number of democratic reforms, including the 18th Amendment to the ConstitutionsMamnoon Hussain (2013-2018): Hussain served as the tenth President of Pakistan and is known for his efforts to improve relations with China and promote economic development. He is also credited with implementing a number of reforms to improve the country's education and healthcare systems.

Arif Alvi (2018-present):
     
    Alvi is the current President of Pakistan and is known for his efforts to improve relations with other countries and promote economic development. He is also focused on improving the country's education and healthcare systems and promoting the rights of women and minorities.
